I've been in the fitness business around 15 years and developed so much as a coach and as a person as well. I find deep passion in sports & nutrition and love when I can spread what I've learnt, so you can reach your goals in a healthy and rewarding way.

Biological women have menstrual cycle and different physiology than men and these significant differences have impact on how we build lean mass, loose fat, recover and so much more!



I used to body shame myself and tried various fad diets, overtrained myself, experienced orthorexia, went through a shoulder dislocation and surgery and painful PMS symptoms. It took me some time to figure out what’s right in the flood of fad diets and fitness influencers and then I imagined:

“What if I had had a coach on my site who would thought me these things?”

And suddenly, my mission was clear to me:

“I want to help as many as people as possible to find a healthy and sustainable way towards their goals, so they don’t have to go through the same mess as I did.”


I coach exclusively women, because the research regarding women performance and nutrition is still pretty thin and most coaches don't learn about the significant nuances at school/in their certifications.
